We hope everyone had a heartfelt Valentine’s Day and a fun extended Presidents Day weekend. Now it is time to break out the baseball gloves and bats and get ready for baseball season! The onset of baseball season means one thing -it is time for the famous FireMouse tailgate parties! We have made some changes this year as we have moved from the “Trout Farm” to the lower view MVP this year. We also added a family value night in the view all-star section!
Saturday April 11 vs Kansas City Royals, Fireworks and calendar give away. Section531and tickets are only $15! It’s a great time to bring the little ones out to enjoy a night at the ballpark. The game time was moved up an hour to 6pm to accommodate children.
Monday June 29 vs New York Yankees, Section 411, tickets are $45. This is a very popular game and promises to sell out quickly so come on out and cheer our Angels as they continue their dominance against the Bronx Bombers!
Tuesday September 8 vs Los Angeles Dodgers, section 411, tickets are $45! The playoff race should be in full swing for this always enjoyable Freeway Series. Hopefully this will be a preview of this year’s World Series!
This year marks the 60th anniversary of Disneyland and they are making it a special Diamond jubilee! They will have an all new parade called “Paint the Night”. It will use 1.5 million LED lights and video effects to bring Main Street to life. The previous Castle projected overlays were amazing and this promises to be spectacular as they integrate all of Main Street into the celebration.
“Disneyland Forever” is the new fireworks spectacular which will incorporate the largest installation of projection mapping technology in a Disney park. You will dance with King Louie of the Jungle book, fly over London with Peter Pan, and see small world, the Rivers of America, and the Matterhorn transformed during the show. You will also enjoy two original songs written by Disney Legend Richard Sherman - “Kiss Goodnight” and “Disneyland Forever”. Disney California Adventure will also join the celebration with an all new “World of Color – Celebrate” show. The Carthay Circle will be decked out in jewels for the occasion too!

The Disney Cruise Line is offering a very unique experience at sea in 2016 for eight Western Caribbean sailings - January 9, 23; February 6, 20; March 5, 19; April 2 and 16. Each cruise will have a full day of Star Wars celebrations, including a deck party, meet-and-greets with Star Wars characters, Star Wars themed youth activities, unique food and beverage offerings, and special merchandise (of course)! The Disney Theater will be showing all the Star Wars movies as well as the new animated series “Star Wars Rebels”.
